A short week for ‘Project Never Ending’ due to the Howieson’s weekend retreat (or escape, depending on how you look at it!)
Nevertheless, we accomplished a lot in 4 days including securing the worktops, sealing down the hob and sink, fitting the shower doors, measuring out the bathroom cabinet, painting the woodwork and last but not least I HAVE AN ACTUAL SINK AND TAP WITH RUNNING WATER!!!
Words cannot describe how good it feels to have fresh water after 17 weeks of fighting with a hose in the cupboard and carrying buckets of water downstairs to the drains in the street.
It’s the simple things in life.
